Annual visual inspection must confirm every sprinkler head is "not loaded with dust or grease, not obstructed, and not corroded." California also requires quarterly checks of valves, gauges, and alarm devices — the same cadence a real maintenance program should run on.

No. Nearly every visit is scheduled before your opening time or after close specifically so play areas stay in normal rotation. For very large flagship locations, we can also work court-by-court during off-peak hours if a full closure isn't possible.
